As a construction company, we build for generations and we shape the world – with and for people. Sustainable action is a key component of our responsibility towards society and also serves as the foundation of our success. It gives us a clear competitive advantage and encompasses all economic, environmental and socially relevant aspects. We pride ourselves on being a responsible, sustainable Ghanaian business.

Our Sustainability Strategy embodies our ambition to go further to reduce our environmental footprint and to have a positive, sustainable impact in the communities we work. We monitor our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices and performance through a robust structure and are committed to publicly reporting our progress. Our aim is to set out our goals, to provide an overarching framework and empower our employees to take action to deliver a better future. We develop bespoke Sustainability Action Plans to ensure we address specific local challenges and priorities and leave a positive legacy in the communities we serve.

We emphasize our ambitions of “Beyond Net Zero Carbon” and “Generate Zero Waste” which are underpinned by our corporate targets which are aligned to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which provide a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. Our Strategy particularly focuses on the parts of SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure – that are most relevant to us.
